Lilly Endowment Promising Scholars Grant, 2006-2007. Administered through the Indiana State University, this $15,000 grant supports research in the area of cross-discipline business ethics pedagogical practices.
Networks Financial Institute Course Development Grant, 2005. This $6,000 summer course development grant resulted in the development of a master course outline, lesson plans and daily lesson schedule for a new course Quantitative Literacy: Money Math. The course uses personal financial literacy concepts as the basis for teaching/learning college-level mathematical concepts.
Networks Financial Institute Research Grant, 2004. This $6,000 grant supported a research study of the top-fifty business schools’ approaches to ethics education. Proceeding and journal articles were published in 2004 and 2005.
Networks Financial Institute Research Fellowship, 2003. This $10,000 fellowship supported research and development of the Networks Personal Financial Literacy Guidelines and crosswalk to the Indian Department of Education Content Standards for personal financial education. Proceeding and journal articles were published in 2003 and 2005.

Lilly Endowment Networks grant. Served on grant proposal team that resulted in $20 million four-year grant that gives Indiana State University the resources to create Networks, an outreach of the Indiana State University College of Business, to provide new directions in financial services for Indiana, the nation and the world.
Indiana State University Faculty Research Grant, 2001-2002. This $2,500 faculty research grant supported a University-wide descriptive study of student levels of moral reasoning utilizing the Defining Issues Test of moral reasoning. Proceedings and journal articles were published in 2003 and 2004.
