MBAA Executive Meetings
The
Board Meetings for this semester will be taking place in SoB
1021 every other Wednesday at 1 pm. The meeting time is subject
to change. The scrolling message on the MBAA homepage will tell
you the most up to date meeting time and location. Minutes from

NEW STUDENT RECREATION
CENTER
Indiana State University received final state approval
Wednesday (Feb. 14) for a $21.7 million Student Recreation
Center.
The State Budget Committee approved the 109,420-square-foot
facility which will house a three-court gymnasium, a recreation
aquatics facility, fitness center, climbing wall, elevated
jogging/running track, multi-purpose activity rooms and a
multi-activity court in addition to locker facilities.
ISU RESEARCH FEATURED IN
NEW YORK TIMES
Students and faculty in the ISU Department of Ecology and
Organismal Biology are continuing their decades-long study of
the mysteries of sleep and their research is attracting
international attention. Following publication of a paper in the
October issue of the international scientific journal Animal
Behaviour, ISU sleep research is again in the spotlight in
today's "Science Times" section of the New York Times:
